If on blueprints, exterior masonry not only provides an earthly texture, but also sets the house firmly on the ground. Used often in wood columns, lower wall facings and key points of interest, masonry is a great way your home’s visual appeal. All masonry applications will have matching caps and the grout will match the color of the cultured stone.

Interior Main Fireplace Masonry Type/Color
$0.00If on blueprints, interior masonry on the main fireplace truly highlights a fire! All masonry applications will have matching caps and the grout will match the color of the cultured stone. If the masonry material is on a flat wall, there will be an exposed cut where the masonry ends and that section will be grouted into the sheetrock. For a fireplace that is "pulled out" from the main wall, the masonry material will be cut at a 45 degree angle and returned to the main wall. Unless the masonry material goes to the ceiling, the top of the masonry marterial will have a grouted stop. Placement: Unless there is a specific change order changing the placement of the fireplace, the fireplace will be installed 12" above the floor level and the selected mantle will be positioned 12" above the top of the fireplace (firecode). The flooring will stop at the firelplace wall.Select options -
Exterior All Other Door(s)
$0.00All other exterior doors, such as a garage to the exterior door, will be painted the same color as the main body color. Please note that slider and patio doors that are ordered with the windows will be the same color as the window frames. If a window is a white vinyl, then a patio slider door frame will match color and material. If windows are black, the patio slider door frame will be black.Select options -
Exterior Board and Batten Color (if on blueprints)
If on your blueprints, the board and batten siding highlights a texture change and not typically a color change. Please see the diagram for locations. We use Sherwin Williams paint for all exterior paintwork. You may select from the colors provided here by clicking the checkbox, or go to https://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/exterior-color-schemes (you may need to copy and paste the URL) and select your own paint colors. If selecting a paint color direct from Sherwin Williams, please type in the name of the color and color code. CONSTRUCTION NOTE: Sullivan Homes PNW highly recommends that you stop by a Sherwin Williams store and pickup a pint of the color(s) selected and apply to a section of the home to determine color and hue.
