Interior Walls and Ceilings Color

The walls and ceilings will be sprayed the same color. There's often confusion as to why it cost so much to change the color(s) of ceilings versus the wall color. For new construction, the painters will spray the house in one color prior to trim, cabinets, tile, etc installation. To change a ceiling to a new color, the painters must go back to that room and tape off and hand-cut the new ceiling color then back roll the remainder after the first spray (another trip to come back is required). It's a time consuming process. Please see the diagram for locations. We use Sherwin Williams paint for all enterior  paintwork. If selecting a paint color direct from Sherwin Williams, please type in the name of the color and color code.
